Telephone Payment Instructions

Another resource to pay your Water/Sewer bill is to contact our prompt system, Official Payments, via the telephone. The instructions are as follows: 

Call:  1.800.272.9829

  • An operator will ask if you would like to make a payment for property taxes or local payments; press #3
  • The operator will then ask for the Harrison Township jurisdiction number, which is 3270
  • You will then be asked for your account number, which is located on your bill
    • Please note that in the event your account number DOES NOT include an alpha character after the first two digits, you MUST place the letter S following those first two digits
  • You will then be asked to provide your 10 digit phone number
  • The operator will ask your for your Credit/Debit Card Account Number

Once completed, the service will then provide you with a Customer Confirmation Number 

  • IMPORTANT NOTICE:  All payments made either on-line or via the telephone will NOT BE POSTED  to your account for several days.  If you have paid your bill AND you are in SHUT OFF STATUS, you MUST contact the Water & Sewer Department and provide them with this confirmation number.  Failure to do so will result in the discontinuation of service and a $100.00 reconnection fee will be applied to your account, as described in your Shut Off notices.
